The view from the room was amazing, with a fine view of the harbor. The room itself was clean and well-appointed. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and provided great service. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and gave helpful recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.

The gym facilities were disappointing. Some of the equipment was broken and the air conditioning was not effective.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the southern islands, a prime shopping area, and right across from the first K4 stop. The breakfast in the Oyster Bar Restaurant offers a delightful experience with a view of the harbor. the hotel's facilities, such as the Tower Lounge and lobby lounge, provide a relaxed atmosphere for guests to enjoy.

Some guests have complained about the non-smoking rooms sometimes smelling of smoke, indicating a possible issue with enforcing non-smoking policies.

Additionally, the restaurant on the 18th floor provides a beautiful view of the harbor while enjoying a delicious breakfast.
